This, then, is how you should pray:
“Our Father in heaven, hallowed by your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”
This past month we have studied and meditated on the Lord’s Prayer. God’s Word is living and may speak something differently to you every time you read it. Read the Lord’s Prayer five times. Read it slowly. Read it line by line. Reflect on what the words mean, what you have learned about each verse, and what God has revealed you over the past month through His prayer.
