Pastor Clark and his family are overwhelmed by the support and encouragement they have received over the past few weeks. The words of encouragement, notes, emails and most importantly prayers have been amazing examples of the love and support of the church. There is no question that Pastor Clark and his family feel extremely blessed.
The elders and senior executive team of the church, under consultation with our apostolic elders at Gateway Church, have created the following guidelines for serving and caring for Pastor Clark and his family in the coming weeks. The sheer size of our church, plus his family and friends from around the nation, make it necessary to create some guidelines that are manageable for Pastor Clark and his family. For example, if 10% of our church sent him flowers, then he would receive over 600 deliveries of flowers! While this is a beautiful gesture, it just simply is not reasonable and manageable for him and his family at this time. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the church at 405.217.8700.
- If you are interested in helping provide the family a meal, please purchase a gift certificate to a local restaurant. This will enable the family to utilize your gift at the most convenient time for their schedule and ensure nothing is wasted.
